Ashley Developments is a well-established family run construction and development company founded in 1976, having successfully designed and built a wide portfolio of new builds, conversions and restoration projects across the Hastings and South East area. As a family run business we are passionate about building homes that we can be proud of and have worked hard to establish an excellent reputation.

We have vast experience in building a wide range or properties including bungalows, chalets, houses, executive homes, apartment blocks, contemporary beach houses and barn conversions. Although no two developments are the same, they all conform to the highest standards of specification and build excellence. We also offer clients a construction service, whether it’s to build your dream home on an existing plot of land or additional extensions/modifications to your existing home.
